Every persona is a distinct psychographic profile (age, profession, values, pet peeves), and every one reads your creative independently before the discussion ever opens. No groupthink. No anchoring to the loudest voice. Just honest perspectives, honest tension, and a Creative Director synthesis that tells you what to do next.

Three principles. Non-negotiable.
A panel without groupthink.
Five voices that all say the same thing aren't a panel. They're a chorus. The whole point is honest tension. We built the system so every persona forms its own opinion first.
Independence before synthesis.
Every persona reads your creative alone, before the discussion. Anything else is anchoring. The loudest voice wins, and you learn nothing.
Feedback that doesn't push back isn't feedback.
Most AI is trained to agree with you. We had to engineer ours to do the opposite. Comfort isn't the deliverable. The work landing is.
Early. Active. Listening.
